82nd Airborne to Send More Troops to Afghanistan

The United States will deploy between 700 and 800 Paratroopers from the 82nd Airborne Division to Afghanistan "to bolster security there in advance of the upcoming provincial elections" in September, 2005, according to Major-General William B.
