Cressida Dick Takes Responsibility for de Menezes 'shoot to kill' Order
Cressida Dick, "the police commander said to have given the "shoot to kill" instructions when an innocent Brazilian [Jean Charles de Menezes] was killed on the Tube [July 22, 2005] said yesterday [August 28, 2005] that she would take full responsibility for her actions," the Daily Telegraph of London reports in its August 29, 2005 issue.
